Don’t Ask in the Ask Proposal. What I mean is don't put your targeted ask £ amount in the proposal that you take to the Ask meeting, rather put in the whole project budget and during the Ask meeting you can make the decision as to what the appropriate Ask amount should be.

Any time a Major Gifts Executive leaves, even temporarily, there is a loss in income. However, there are ways around this. One way is to Introduce your Major Donor to everyone in your team and your Directors, the Major Donor is then familiar with lots of people not just you :-)
